Diana Tommingo

Hello! I'm Diana Tommingo, a Military RealtorA(R) serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Originally from Lima, Peru, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have called the DC area home since the late '90s. I specialize in military real estate and relocation, while also helping civilian buyers and sellers throughout the DMV, providing personalized service and local expertise for every client.

Deep Military Connection & Proven Results

1) Grounded in Service: My husband, Elliot Tommingo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Major and served as the Director of the Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs for Washington, D.C. (2019-2023). Having lived the military lifestyle, I understand the unique pressures of PCS timelines, remote home buying, and out-of-state listing prep.

2) High-Profile Record: A career highlight includes my involvement in the sale of Vice President Kamala Harris's D.C. condominium, which was featured in The Washingtonian and House Beautiful (listed under my maiden name, Diana Flores).

3) Diverse Clientele: I regularly advise military service members (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard), veterans, civilian buyers and sellers, diplomats, World Bank/G4 visa holders, corporate transferees, and first-time home buyers.

Whether you are a civilian buying or selling a home, a military family facing a PCS, a veteran using a VA loan, or relocating to the DMV, my goal is to make your real estate experience organized, informed, and as seamless as possible. I look forward to working with you!
