He receives all of the Digital Entries entered in competition (averaging 250 per month), makes sure that they are "sized" correctly, alphabetizes them by Title, sets the digital Projector correctly to show them in their best "light", and serves as Announcer" to the club as the images are being judged & scored by professional photographers - all with the utmost patience & skill. I had no previous Real Estate experience with Dennis, but expected to see the same qualities in his professional skills, and am pleased to report that he lived up to my expectations. As he had planned, our home's verbal description and photographs were made public to Spokane Realty Exchange and to the computer knowledgeable public on Thursday, and a 1-hour Open House was scheduled for 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. on Saturday of the same week, and Dennis brought us four offers on Monday morning - all of this within a 4-day period, and with two offers above the Listed Price. As a first time home-buyer, I only had a small amount of cash put away for a down-payment, and Dennis was able to negotiate with the bank (foreclosed home) for them to cover my closing costs in over $5,000 and the costs of repairs to the home of $3,000. He had me bid a little higher than the asking price, and I am so happy that we did, as we outbid several cash buyers. The price was still under what I would have paid for this home and nearly 5 acres. We closed in about 3 weeks. It was incredible to have a person who could answer questions at any time of day or night if I didn't understand something or had a concern. The bank was itching to sell, and had two buyers fall through for lack of funding already.
