My parents closed on their lovely new house in early June. Denise was so helpful throughout the process, and even afterwards too. Review Before we put our house up for sale I did a lot of research on local realtors and read a lot of reviews. Denise stood out from all the rest. We gave her a call, met with her, and were so impressed that we never bothered to interview anyone else. We couldnt have made a better choice! Her experience, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, quick responsiveness, listening skills, and caring personality are top notch! She worked SO hard to sell our house and did so, even in this tough market. We ended up selling our house with a bit of a bidding competition. And, when the buyer ran into some problems with his loan company, she came to the rescue and was able to save the sale with her preferred lender. I would totally work with her again and I highly recommend her. She is an example of excellence in realtors!

I could not believe the outstanding service she provided helping them with the paperwork, inspections, suggesting repair men to correct irregularities, setting up and running the a garage sale to dispose of excess property. I do not think my parents could have done the work themselves.

Review When my dad passed away, i made the decision to move from Orange County to Sun City to be close to my mom. My son referred me to Denise Gentile. I immediately received a call from Denise. I set up a date and time for her to show me houses in my moms area. Since i was not very familiar with the area, it was a relief to have an agent who had quite a few years of experience and knowledge of Sun City and surrounding areas. When the home I purchased went into Escrow, Denise stayed on top of things and made sure that the process went smooth. When I was concerned about some lights that did not work, she and her husband went to the home and tested the lights to see if it was just a burnt out lightbulb. The property I purchased closed on time and I am thoroughly enjoying my home and being just two streets away from my mom. If you choose Denise as your agent, you will not be disappointed.

She made it easy for us to remember each home by giving us a printout of each homes we viewed so we could write notes and pros and cons of each home. We lived a little ways away from the area we were looking in and there were times I was talking with Denise on the phone and discussing a measurement of the yard on a house and she went out there and got us the measurement we needed, I was very impressed that she would go above and beyond her work duties! She is very blunt and doesn't waste time trying to talk buyers into a property that doesn't fit them just so she can make a quick buck, like so many other real estate agents have done to us. Review We were very lucky to find Denise during a time when housing inventory was low due to foreclosures and banks not releasing properties. Before finding Denise, we dealt with a few agents that had no interest in helping us because we didn't have more than 20% of a down payment. These agents discouraged us because we only had 5% down and told us we were not going to find a property unless we had a cash offer. Denise was honest about the housing market but very positive and never discouraged us. We were very impressed with Denise's knowledge and negotiation skills. She went above and beyond of what was required from her. It was not easy finding a home but with Denise's fast responsiveness we were able to find a very nice property that we have made our home.
