Georgina set high expectations and goals in selling our home and exceeded them all! She was easy to work work with and very personal. Great attitude and trusting character. Always responsive to all our questions.

Georgina was highly recommended to us by multiple people and I am so happy we decided to go with her. As a first time home buyer, she made this whole process so smooth and extremely pleasant even during a pandemic. She answered all of our questions and addressed all of our needs for our family and home. She was able to negotiate our interest rate down for our loan which helped our mortgage payment significantly. We could not have asked for a better home buying experience than this.

Before we put our house up for sale I did a lot of research on local realtors and read a lot of reviews. Denise stood out from all the rest. We gave her a call, met with her, and were so impressed that we never bothered to interview anyone else. We couldnt have made a better choice! Her experience, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, quick responsiveness, listening skills, and caring personality are top notch! She worked SO hard to sell our house and did so, even in this tough market. We ended up selling our house with a bit of a bidding competition. And, when the buyer ran into some problems with his loan company, she came to the rescue and was able to save the sale with her preferred lender. I would totally work with her again and I highly recommend her. She is an example of excellence in realtors!

My parents recently decided to move to the area to be closer to their son (me) and immediate family. With them getting older and also buying into a tight California market, we knew it would be a challenge. We were so lucky to find Denise Gentile! She was everything you want in a Realtor: professional, friendly, and tenacious about finding the perfect home for her clients! With Denise as our expert guide, we saw multiple properties in a single day. He local knowledge of the area helped us line up an offer immediately, with backup offers as a just-in-case measure. My parents closed on their lovely new house in early June. Denise was so helpful throughout the process, and even afterwards too. She truly went above and beyond to help my folks find and settle into their new home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denise to anyone looking to move in the area.

Georgina Casillas has been my agent for two house sales and one recent purchase spanning from 2005 to the present. She is professional, honest, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and always gets the job done. I especially appreciate her calm demeanor and ability to interact well with all of the parties involved in the process of buying and selling real estate.
