Declan McDonald

Declan is a third generation Realtor. He started early in his life assisting the
family investment arm of Collette McDonald & Associates as well as doing everything it
took for his mother to manage residential real estate sales, entertain clients, and service
the community. Forging community relationships not just in his backyard of the northern
Atlanta suburbs, Declan has fond memories of helping to clean out investment properties
as a young boy all around the metro Atlanta area. He also has a detailed understanding of
what it takes to help clients achieve their goals through real estate ownership and
investment. A motto that he was brought up with as a young man was "Urgency =
Abundance" and he treats every client with the urgency that is required to meet and
service their needs on their schedule.
