Her knowledge of the local real estate market and the local surroundings was extensive and quite helpful in terms of ruling properties in or out before we visited them. Overall, Debbie showed us close to sixty homes before we finally found the house we wanted to purchase. During this time, Debbie remained upbeat and confident that we would eventually find the one house that we were looking for. ZillowVERIFIED Debbie and her partner, Debra Lawler, were both the listing agents for my former residence and the buyers agents for my current one. As listing agents, they sold in one month what the previous (fired) listing agent was unable to do in six months; their sales and negotiation skills as listing agents were truly impressive. While they were listing the former house, they were also looking for a replacement to be my current house. They found the almost-perfect house quickly, negotiated the contract and the required/requested upgrades, and, again, impressed with their skills, and their friendliness. They were able to arrange things so that the closings for the sale and the purchase occurred on the same day. I'd use the Deb team again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Debra was our listing agent from 4/2010 - 1/2011. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in our local area. She is an excellent communicator, sending weekly reports and calling regularly for updates. She uses every marketing tool available - signage, brochures, websites, open houses, agent caravans. When we had a contract, she negotiated fiercely for us; I always felt she had our best interests at heart. Although we decided to take our house off of the market, I would call Debra again in a minute if we decide to relist and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
