ZillowVERIFIEDDebra Clerf was our selling broker for the recent sale of our longtime residence. Debra is very professional and highly knowledgable of the market and the process. She especially knows the market during all the latest ups and downs and you feel her advice is spot on. She suggested a sales price that was exact for selling quickly (not leading us on with suggesting higher pricing to snag the listing as some brokers seem to do). Our house sold in 24 hours. With her years of experience, she also with ease handled a few snags from the buyers broker. She cut to the chase, no nonsense kind of managing the deal. Highly recommended realty office as well. All the staff that helped along the way were super efficient, as was the outside team Debra recommended for all the side details. We wouldn't hesitate to use Debra again. Thank you to everyone at Debra Clerf Coldwell Banker.

ZillowVERIFIED Debra was savvy and reliable in all matters, responding quickly to questions and concerns. She gives balanced sound advice when requested. As for moving quickly with an offer, she was very much on top of everything, super responsive to all needs, communicative in coordination and circled back to all parties. No need to question her capable and honest guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Debra was an excellent fit for us in finding and purchasing a new house. She listened to us carefully and brought us options that were just what we asked for. She then gently asked questions until we realized that we were limiting our options and she brought us better options. Debra knows the local market very well. She was our guide and cheerleader and therapist. We ended up with the perfect downsized home for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We are from California, in pursuit of buying a home in Ellensburg. We hired someone else before contacting Debra. Our previous agent lacked in every respect of the real estate business. After keep getting rejected offers one after another, we decided that we had to hire someone like Debra Clerf to guide us through out the home buying transaction. Regardless of the distance, Debra Clerf not only did her job to close on our dream home, but also her personal touch, vast of knowledge, not to mention a strategic plan that worked for us and the seller. We highly recommend Debra Clerf for all your home buying and selling, without her tremendous effort and diligence our dream house would have never happened. Thank you Debra for all you do. Your above and beyond service is much appreciated it.

ZillowVERIFIED Did not want to do any work to sell property. Listed property in the winter when difficult to get a good picture. I had to make him update pictures once everything turned green to better present property. Would argue changes I wanted to offers as opposed to present to potential buyer. Part of the listing was farm property which he had no knowledge of and did not even try to learn. Wanted advice on how to improve a home building lot, also did not have any knowledge of vacant lots and building a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Debra knows everythign there is to know about Ellensburg. She was also incredibly patient with us as we worked through exactly what we wanted and when. She was concerned that we would get a house we truly wanted and she helped us work through some complicated details with our out of state sale of our previous house. She was extremely professional throughout the process. I'd feel very comfortable recommending her to a family member.

ZillowVERIFIED I would strongly recommend Debra Clerf for any Real Estate needs. We worked with Debra in listing & selling the residence of my late father, the home I was born & raised in many years ago, and Debra made the process very simple & straight forward for us. We now live many hours away yet it felt like we were right there in town as she kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Thank you for a job well done!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers looking for a house before we moved to the area. Debra devoted a weekend to helping us find a place, putting together a list of houses within our budget and making sure we had relevant local knowledge to choose a neighborhood that worked for us. She was flexible throughout, for instance, building in time for breaks since we had our 3-month old along for the ride. When we found a house we liked, she was clear in walking us through the process, answering questions at all times of day, and making sure we knew when important deadlines were coming. She oversaw the inspection process while we were out of town. Once we'd purchased the house, she remained generous and helpful; from providing recommendations for where to find things we needed in town, to stocking the kitchen with things we'd need after our long day moving here, to loaning us things we needed for our kitchen while all of our own stuff was being shipped cross country.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle Clerf provided exemplary service from our first meeting through sale, closing, and after her contractual obligation was complete. My wife and I first met Michelle and her mother Debra Clerf in 2015. We decided on a lot on which we intended to build but life's events prevented us from following through. Over the next 3 years, Michelle and Debra kept us informed on local listings. In 2018, we resumed our search. Michelle and Debra provided us multiple tours of available homes. Michelle then assumed the lead and found a home that perfectly met our needs. After we were under contract, Michelle answered our questions and addressed our concerns following the home inspection. At closing, Michelle met us at the title company with flowers in-hand. Even after Michelle's contractual obligation was complete, she steered us in the right direction when we discovered our water had been turned-off. If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, we recommend calling The Clerf Team and asking for Michelle.

ZillowVERIFIED She answered everything in a timely manner. Patient, explained things when asked, supportive, honest. When things were asked of us, let us know when they were needed to be done, and communicated well with the "opposite" realtor (the one representing the buyer. And came to the closing to watch us sign and answer any questions.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the third time in the last year that Debra has listed rental properties for us so that should speak for itself! Great knowledge. And the pricing was pegged very close to selling price. I'm now out of the rental biz in Ellensburg but would highly recommend Debra for either the listing or the buying side of a house sale!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Debra to look at a series of houses and she was quick with various listings that met my criteria the next morning. We decided against some and looked at a couple and we made an offer in a week or so. She answered all questions very accurately and we proceeded with the negotiation and the final acceptance. We closed in two weeks with her orchestrating everything. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything real estate and knows Ellensburg and the people better than anyone I have ever talked with. You need something and she knows who can help.

ZillowVERIFIED Debra was a great help in finding a place for me to buy in Ellensburg. She sifted through available ones and keyed in on what I was looking for, often reminding me that something I thought I might like to see was "possibly" not within the framework of a home that would work for me. She was always available, and we did much of the work through email as my main home is in So. California, and hence I was not always available. She graciously worked through my daughter who lives in Ellensburg to do inspections, walk-through, and schedule workers for me. She remains available even now after the purchase is completed and I have moved in. I'm very happy with her work and with the home I purchased through her.

ZillowVERIFIED By far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with! We had the house listed with another agency and in four months had very little interest. We then decided to call Debra and she hit the ground running. In the first week we had more interest than the previous four months. Me being on the road for work was a challenge and Debra made it easy. She communicated well and kept me in the loop. So if you want to buy or sell your home I would definitely recommend Debra Clerf.

ZillowVERIFIED Everything that could go wrong did with this house and all through it while I was having a meltdown, Debra kept calm and simply walked me through it. Responsive and professional, I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a house after watching the market for a long time. We know a lot of the real estate agents in our area, and although they are all good at what they do, we only wanted the best! Debra was always upfront and honest and worked hard to get the results we wanted. We didn't get everything we had asked for, but Debra walked us through all our options carefully and worked with us to settle with the best possible outcome! (We had a very stubborn seller) We had to also push hard to meet our deadline to move, and between our loan officer and Debra they pulled a miracle and got it done three days before the deadline! Then while we were exhausted and scrambling to unpack the house, Debra shows up with a bag full of goodies, drinks and pizza coupons! She was such a lifesaver! In the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome and we know we made the best choice and even a new friend in going with Debra Clerf! We highly recommend using her expertise, experience and professionalism over all others!

ZillowVERIFIED I sold two investment properties that were listed by Debra. (My mom and two brothers were all RE brokers in the past so I'm kind of fussy.) She's got good knowledge, advice and then: aEUR|they were sold. Both were smaller value houses and took some time to close but these types of properties have lots of questions and Debby got it done. I'm a happy client and have one more property to sell next year. Disclosure: I was a seller so my experience is on that side of the transaction but I can only think that Debby would do a great job finding you a new home or investment property!

ZillowVERIFIED Wish I had met Debra when I first got to Ellensburg. Her honesty and integrity is amazing. Too bad it took me so long to find a realtor that knows how to do the job. My two previous agents were for the birds. There are not enough stars in the above rating scheme to equal Debra's skills at her job. Lucky Michelle. She has a terrific role model for learning about real estate brokering. I am so blessed to have met Debra and so appreciate all she's done for me!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors over the years, and sadly, too many times, I knew more and worked harder than most of them. However, my experience with Debra was just the opposite, as well as a very pleasant surprise. She is a superior real estate agent. I called her to visit a home I had seen for sale, and although that house did not suit my needs, she immediately picked up on the type house I was looking for and the area in which I wanted to locate. Unlike many past realtors, she did not waste my time showing me houses that would not have interested me regardless of price. As a native Ellensburg native, she also helped me understand the different locations in the city and the economic implications of buying in each. Not only did Debra help me visualize the changes I might be able to do to make a house my home, but she even arranged for a contractor to view the home with me to let me know if the changes that I envisioned were possible. Debra is first rate, first class. If you are lucky enough to enlist her aid, you will be very pleased with the services she will provide. Did I mention she is also personable and makes house-hunting fun!

ZillowVERIFIED Debra worked tenaciously on selling my property. It was an extremely difficult piece of property to sell as the only living quarters was a 360 sq. ft. studio in the barn (with plans for a future home). Because a home must appraise at 75% of the total value it was almost impossible to secure a loan. Other agents in the valley had tried but Debra was the only one who never gave up on it. If I ever had a need for a real estate agent in the Ellensburg area again I would definitely call on Debra!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been working with Debra for nearly a year. We initially thought we would like to buy a house. She cheerfully showed us multiple properties, answered dozens of e-mails, and then we decided we would build a house instead. She gave us great advice on the vacant land we already owned (which we ultimately decided to have her list for sale) and she found a more suitable property for us to build our dream home on. When the new house is built and we are ready to list our current home, we will certainly be calling on Debra again!
