Even when she was away on vacation, she was helping work issues back on our end. Then, when the contract was signed and was in the lawyers hands, I became frustrated with the progress and told my lawyer and copied Deb on the email. Deb stepped right up started making inquiries to get things rolling again, even though that was not her job at that time. Saying she provided excellent personal service is true, yet doesn't seem to say enough!
