ZillowVERIFIEDWe use Susan to sell two properties and to buy our new home. We were very happy with how professional and how she guided us through the process. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional, caring, easy to talk to. This was the first time purchasing a home and she was there every step of the way. From looking at properties, to the walk throughs and closing. Overall I had a great experience working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen gets it. She responded from day one (with a return phone call) when I contacted Bonomo Reality to sell my house in Clearwater. Within days she efficiently guided me on the best things to do before listing my house (which I did). Maureen's expertise and reassurance that my home would sell quickly proved true. After a very short while the house closed 17 days after the second potential buyer looked at it (total time on the market was about three weeks). She even phoned me while she was on vacation during the closing period to make sure everything was on track. It's a safe bet that you will be handled with care and concern if you use Maureen at Bonomo Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen Wrage listed my condo which sold rather quickly and closed fast and easy. I was a bit worried about the sale because we live in another state a long distance away but in the end I am happy with it all.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Picuro worked closely with me to get a condo sold. He always returned my calls promptly. We were out of town and were able to work together via email, fax and cell which was very important to us. He was able to recommend people to us to complete work that needed to be done prior to placing condo on market. It was a great working relationship. We appreciate his efforts in getting our condo sold.

ZillowVERIFIED DANA ONLY SHOWED ME HOMES I WAS INTERESTED IN AND SHE KNEW THE HOUSING MARKET IN CLEARWATER VERY WELL. SHE HELPED ME FIND A MORTGAGE COMPANY AND A HOME INSPECTOR. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD IF SHE DID NOT KNOW THE ANSWER SHE WOULD FIND IT OUT FOR ME.

ZillowVERIFIED The experience with Bill Picuro was good and I probably ask for him when I resell. Because there were many available properties, more should have been shown to me with all available info regarding expenses such as cost of AC/Heat.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Debbie to be very approachable and very patient as I wanted to view a lot of properties over a short period of time. She met with me and my family outside normal working hours and helped us with the buying and renting of a property in a calm and knowledgeable way. I would highly recommend her to any prospective purchasers.

ZillowVERIFIED I had to sell my condo for personal reasons.and I needed to rent one in the same area . This may be hard to believe, but it was sold the same day I listed it. and almost at my asking price. Renting a condo with her help was quick too. I would recommend her services to anyone. she was GREAT. When you want someone who is caring and available she's the one to call. It was so nice to have someone who LISTENED. Her phone rang during our conversation, but she listened to me before she called the number back. There was no interruption in our meeting. THANK YOU DEB!!!
