I think they really take time to get to know the buyers, what they are looking for, their priorities, what they find to be appealing about a property. They are extremely responsive (they seem to always make themselves available via text or phone chat) and took time to really make sure we understood the timeline and process of homebuying. Every outing and discussion was an educational experience - they know what to look for because they have "seen it all". They are well connected to the Indiana area. They know who to work with for your lending needs, contracting, etc. You just won't go wrong with the Hazys. It wasn't all easy but they made the process simple and understandable. thank you for everything - it is probably not our forever home, but at the moment we are feeling like it is our dream home for this time and place!!
