ZillowVERIFIED Debbie Parry helped me get quite the impressive deal. We intended to close within 4 weeks, but life isn't perfect and ran into problems with the home we had decided to buy. We had thought about dropping out and looking for something else, due to the fact it could possibly take quite a bit of time to fix the problem.. We decided to wait it out. I don't think I will ever regret being patient, especially this time. In the time we waited, we were able to save up a little more money, get a significantly lower interest rate than the original,and fix the problem! Debbie Parry urged us to wait it out and it paid off. An Amazing amount of land, and a beautiful home with little to no problems, and the best part, it was an impressive deal. ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Chelsea I am in the home of my dreams! She was very helpful through the entire process and extremely patient.First, it took a while to find the right house. She was instrumental in arranging many house showings/walk throughs. By my count it was ten houses, but I might be forgetting a few.Second, when I was finally under contract she was very helpful with an inspection and negotiating needed repairs. The most important thing she helped with was the mortguage. On the day we were supposed to close, the mortguage fell through. Chelsea helped negotiate more time in order to close at a later date. Beyond that she helped find a new mortguage company that was able to approve the loan and help close on the house.I'm grateful for Chelseas expertise and recommendations. I would highly recommend working with Chelsea and the Parry team.

Debbie knew about places that were not listed on websites I had looked at and was aware of price points, other options, and new listings to help our search. Because of the market, we bid at full price for the place I bought, but if we hadnt, its likely that we wouldnt have even gotten the seller to accept the offer. Debbie was knowledgable, easy to get ahold of even during personal crises in her life, and always quick to respond. Even after the purchase of my place, she has helped me by bringing me an electric skillet when my gas was off, contacting plumbers and other repair people when I didnt know who to ask for help, and in helping me get my home warranty issues resolved when needed. Dennis was also great to work with and I would highly recommend their team!

Our home sold in less than a month of being listed. She is VERY informed of what needs to be done and listens to our every request. We are now purchasing a new home with her and she knows exactly what we are looking for, she is very in tune to our requests and needs and is willing to look at every house we want to even if it is last minute. She is always responsive and on top of requests and if she doesn't know giver he 10 minutes and she will.
