The condo sale would provide the down payment on the new home so timing was all important. I had been looking at homes for more than a year and was pretty clear about what I was looking for, had a great sellers team in Boston and knew that I'd have to have an equally good buyer's agent to make this all happen, given the distance and complexity of the situation.
