We sold our house with the intention of buying a new one in another city. We expected the selling end of the process to be awful part, but Debbie made it so, so easy. She knows what she's doing and everything she said would happen actually happened when and how she told us it would. She came armed with checklists, timelines, and a network of contractors who were able to get stuff done quickly and efficiently. Best of all, our home sold in four days--we had multiple offers, all over asking price. As first time home buyers, we were shocked at how smooth the buying process was working with Debbie. She knew the areas well, understood deeply what we were looking for, and helped us understand how to think about value in a home. She was extremely responsive and very quick to organize viewings of homes - whether she found them on our behalf or we sent her some from Zillow listings.
