But true professionalism comes from really knowing the local market and trends; having an established network of local agents who will also show your home; listening to your specific needs and concerns; and knowing exactly when to hold your hand and when to give you space. It took us 5 years to decide we were ready, and I feel like we struck GOLD with Debbie.I cannot keep track of the "things" that Debbie and her team did for us from start to finish. The expertise and knowledge she holds is completely invaluable. She was responsive and attentive to us, nearly around the clock. We were always AHEAD of schedule with timing, documents, and she was constantly preparing us for what to expect next with anything that needed to be done from signings, repairs, responses, research, etc. Choosing a realtor was incredibly difficult for me because I know so many wonderful ones, including family and close friends. At the end of the day, I am so grateful I went with my decision to use Debbie because I truly don't think she could have made anything easier on either transaction (buying and selling). I think I could write a novel of every last detail, but she helped us buy/close within 28 days including a very in-depth inspection period with multiple contractor site visits. Debbie was exactly what we wanted and she delivered in every area. Our original experience was when my mother passed away and we needed a realtor to assist with the sale of the house. My siblings and I interviewed several real estate professionals and Debbie handily won out. Our first clue we made the right decision was when we saw the house photos. All of us were amazed at how awesome and big mom's house looked. Spectacular. Our second clue to Debbie's skill was how quickly and easily the transaction went. Hot knife in butter. Smooth as silk!
