ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Deb Kotlarz and her team was very poor. My (buyer's) agent never even met Deb. She didn't even attend her own open house that I went to. The house was staged with a rug to hide major floor damage. Images on the listing photos were edited to hide defects. Her lawyers were rude and her whole team went out of their way to provide as little information as possible, even when direct questions were asked. Simple yes or no questions were met with hostility and then the questions were simply ignored. It is wild that we allow realtors to get away with such awful behavior, and pay them so much money for barely doing any work. Deb never even sent any emails or had any correspondence with my agent.

Here's the setup of how we came to work with the Kotlarz Group--- we fell in love with a home that was for sale and to our surprise, the offer was accepted....without a home sale contingency.... we hadn't even been looking to move ... so when we reached out to identify our home sale realtor, Deb, didn't bat an eye at our aggressive timeline or our clutter filled home with multiple partially completed home improvement projects. She committed to do her best for us and help us along the way .... It started with consultation, a guideline of steps to take and what to expect in the process, who to call for what, plans/strategy on how to achieve top dollar, a commitment to partnership through the process, recommendations for minor home improvements, contacts to help with those improvements. An eagle-eyed home stager (arranged by the Kotlarz group) provided actionable feedback that was very organized and allowed us to run down a list of things to do without many (any) questions.
