My wife and I were just starting our search for a home and were still in the very early on stages - still trying to figure out which area we wanted to move to, what our price range was, and what we really wanted in a home. After talking with Tim for a few minutes, and explaining some of our hobbies and wants in a house - he pointed out a few things that we looked right past, and basically told us the house we werent looking at wasnt the right house for us. He then gave us a really quick lesson on foundations, what years switched over to concrete, and which years started having taller ceilings in the basements (I am a woodworker and having a basement workshop was very important). We setup a call with Tim a few days later and talked with him for well over an hour, explaining who we were, what we wanted, where we wanted to be - and also explained that we werent sure exactly when we would buy. Tim took everything in and really listened to what we said, and reinsured us that taking our time was the right thing for us to do, and NEVER put any pressure on us to speed up the process. We took our time over the course of a year with on and off looking, and every time we reached out to Tim - we picked up right where we left off. When we would go to an open house - we made sure to bring our notebooks because Tim always had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. We learned so many things when working with Tim. When Tim let us know that he made the decision to relocate, we were super excited for him but also heart broken because we knew he would be a hard to replace!!! It look us MONTHS of talking to other agents to find someone we liked. Multiple times we would go through a house with an agent we just met, and we would be teaching them things about what to lookout for - Tim set the bar very high. Tim still checks in with us regularly after relocating to see how the process is going, and is truly invested in our search. We can really tell that Tim loves what he does and is extremely passionate about real estate and helping first time buyers find their first house. We cant recommend him enough!

I began the process with a skeptical opinion of what a buyer's broker could do for us, but Tim won me over with our very first visit. He provided a no pressure attitude and was able to address each question that we had with experience-based answers and usually a quick story that we could relate to! But more to my amazement, Tim became part of this quest for a new home; he very quickly determined the type of home we were looking for and the features that were most important to us. Open houses with Tim became something that we looked forward to and we were always met with a positive and helpful spirit.
