ZillowVERIFIED Deanna is very focused and professional with a deep knowledge of the local market. She was extremely communicative throughout the process and always found time to answer my questions or address concerns promptly. This sale was in another part of the State so I relied heavily on Deanna to represent my interests and she did so with consistent diligence. Deanna also used her network to eventually find a buyer for my property and used innovative techniques to showcase the property during the critical first few days of listing. The property got a lot of attention and we got an offer relatively quickly given the local market conditions. Overall a fantastic experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna helped us with the purchase of land in the Chelan/Manson area. She understood what we were looking for - visited lots that came on the market and gave us her personal opinion, based on an understanding of what we wanted. Where she thought there was a match, she suggested we come look immediately. Very impressed with her local knowledge of the area as well as resources she knew for well drilling, excavation work, and septic design. Highly recommend if youre looking for a local agent in the Chelan area!

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna sold a townhome and a parcel of land for me. She was knowledgable regarding the local market and the buyers interested in the area. She kept me well informed regarding inquiries and status of the listings. The parcel of land was previously with other agents without receiving any activities Within weeks we had received two offers and had closed. The sale of townhome went more quickly. DEanna followed the whole process from listing to closing in a manner that I appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna made our home-buying experience a breeze. She is very easy to work with, knows the area, knows local resources to complete the process, found houses that met our requirements and taste in a tricky market, answered all of our questions about the process, & follows up promptly. We will be calling Deanna if we are ever looking to buy or sell in the Chelan area.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a lot in Chelan Hills which we contemplated selling for several years. I had talked to Deanna during that time to discuss price. When the time came to list it I called Deanna, we decided on a price and she wrote things up and put it on the market. The next day we had two offers and one was over asking. We Accepted and within 3 weeks the sale was complete. And by the way, this was all accomplished with emailed documents since we live 3+ hours from Chelan. Deanna was very helpful and easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Deanna Creveling a couple years ago at an open house. After that she would send me emails periodically about houses coming on the market that she thought I might be interested in. She never forgot about me. She has such a friendly, kind, competent personality, it was always nice to hear from her. We considered several houses, and with her help, found one that was perfect for the family. Deanna was so great to work with. When I asked her for help I knew I could trust her completely. She really made the process much easier than it might have been. Working with her was a real pleasure. She will always be the first person I call if I need a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Deanna Creveling for any of your real estate needs. My husband and I purchased a piece of property in Manson and worked with Deanna from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the area and the property we were purchasing, which was very helpful because we are located on the west side of the State and we needed to work with someone we could trust. Deanna was very responsive and helped us close the deal in a timely fashion.

ZillowVERIFIED We found a house that Deanna had listed for sale. She represented both parties which can at times be a bit sticky. However, Deanna always seemed to represent the two parties fairly.
