ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely amazing! We moved from out of state to NC and Abbie was assisting us with our house search from day 1. If we found a house we liked, she would do a video tour of the home for us immediately. She is knowledgeable of the local market, great at handling the paperwork side of things, and was able to walk us through the home buying process with ease. She had great communication skills with us as well as the lender and seller's agent. We hope to work with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Deana Bowen was very familiar with the area that I was interested in. Her expertise was very evident when time came for the home inspection. She knew the electrical box was one that had been recalled and told me about it before the inspection occurred. Her attention to detail was amazing. Deana responded to every text and e-mail in a very timely manner aEUR| even on Saturday or Sunday! She worked very hard for me when negotiating. She was determined to see that the negotiation process was through and fair.I can not recommend her highly enoughaEUR| she was there for me every inch of the way. I would defiantly use this professional again.

ZillowVERIFIED As most first time house owner I have to admit I was a bit nervous about selling my home. I was a single parent at the time (due to my wife being stationed in another state) and managing a house-hold of two kids, three pets as well as being active duty military. Now, being in the military, it's not unusual to have some pretty strict timelines on when you need to move. Add that to trying to juggle the kids school, packing up all your stuff, purging all the excess toys, deep cleaning everything, trying to ensure that potential buyers see the best possible version of your house so they actually want to buy it and you have where I was at. For me, stressed out was an understatement. I knew I needed help. After talking to a few friends, Senith Helms with Bowen Real Estate was recommended and I have to say, I have never met a more personable and down to earth sales person in my adult life. She understood my situation and what needed to happen to make my house sell quick once on the market. She went above and beyond helping me to prepare my home for listing. Day or night, Senith was available and made things happen. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for Senith. Needless to say, due to her hard work and cooperation, my house had an offer within 24 hours. She worked with the buyers to get precisely what me and my family needed in order to meet the timelines needed as a military family. I couldn't be more thankful for working with Senith and Bowen Real Estate. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend for anyone looking to sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Deana and her team are great, I used them for years managing my rental property and I never had to worry. When problems arose her team responded promptly with appropriate actions every time. When it was time to sell Deana and her team used their ample resources to get my house under contract almost immediately. Selling a property from out of state is stressful but Deana made it a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I can say that I am glad that Deana got in touch with me when I posted my house. She has kept me informed day in and day out and she will go out of her way to make things better. She is a strong negotiator and isnt afraid to express her mind and tells the home owner the straight up truth and no beating around the bush. Living in Ohio and having her take care of this in Jacksonville I would choose her if ever needed to sell anywhere.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Deana if you are looking to buy a home in the Onslow County area. Deana is very knowledgable and has many years of experience in the real estate business. In my experience, Deana was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. She is very flexible and has excellent recommendations re inspector, bank info, lawyer, local utilities, etc. I currently live out of state, and I was thankful she was open to Facetime. I was able to view some of the properties via Facetime before making a trip to NC. Deana was recommended to me by my family, who used her also to purchase a property. With that said, as long as you know what you want in a home, Deana is on point with finding your home. She is honest, upfront, patient, and spends quality time with you to answer your questions. I am very grateful for her guidance in purchasing my first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Deana is absolutely amazing! She was recommended by previous neighbors and did not disappoint us at all. She was always available for questions and got us answers as soon as possible. When we consulted with contractors who tried to sell us bigger plans than what we wanted, Deana redirected them, knowing exactly what we wanted. I really cannot say how incredible Deana was to us, helping us to find the home that was the best fit for our family. With her property management expertise, she also enlightened us in our current rental situation. She was so welcoming and friendly; she truly knows what she is doing and is doing it in the clients' best interest. I really cannot say enough great things about Deana. She is compassionate about her work and helping her clients. She knows what she is doing and gives great advice about the ins and outs of buying and selling a house. She was with us every step of the way! And here in about 10 or so years, if she is still a real estate agent in the area, we will reach out to her again for her expertise after our kids are grown and we need to downsize to a smaller home. I am just so sorry it took me so long to write her review, thanks to the virus and all. She deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you, Deana!
