ZillowVERIFIEDThis woman is one of the most INCREDIBLE Real Estate Agents I've ever worked with. I am a real estate Appraiser. So is my grandfather who used Dawnita to buy and sell his home in Pinedale. My grandfather and my grandmother told me endlessly how amazing Dawnita was. Being a real estate Appraiser who works with a lot of agents, I didn't really believe it. Until I arrived in Pinedale. #1. Dawnita ALWAYS answers the phone, even AFTER the house is sold. #2. Need someone locally? Need a referral? A notary? A handyman? Some movers? Dawnita knows everyone. And she bends over backwards to help you. She doesn't ghost you as soon as she gets her commission (like some agents do). She ACTUALLY CARES. And she is super connected in the community so she knows where to go for what, who to talk to, etc. I got to speak with Dawnita. I found her incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, the local market and handling buyers and sellers. She also demonstrated this through her actions when helping my grandparent's. This review is 100% unsolicited. Dawnita just impressed me so much, and helped my family so much, I wanted everyone else to know how fabulous she is. Thank you Dawnita. You are one of the few. ??

I had some very specific requests for the home I was looking to buy, and she kept in regular contact with me to see showings and talk through available options to dial in finding a great home for me! This was also my first time buying a home, and she helped make the process fun and seamless. Ive recommended her and her team to friends and family. She knows the local market well and is a joy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about working with Dawnita Griffith of Western Winds Property. She was attentive to detail, responded immediately, and went way above and beyond to make buying a home in Pinedale a wonderful experience. Dawnitta was the listing agent for the home and property we bought. But she worked so hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our decision. Dawnitta answered late night calls and early morning emails. She worked with local companies to have the home completely remodeled inside before we even arrived. She would go on location to send pictures, and videos daily of the home and land. I would recommend her to anyone looking in the state of Wyoming to list or buy a home. She absolutely works hard to make the client happy. After buying the home we used Dawnitta to purchase a hanger at the local airport. She got to work immediately on knowing everything there was to know about all the rules and regulations. She went to meetings, made calls and inquired about permit all before we had to ask. She knows her line of work like the back of her hand. Dawnitta is a wonderful person, kind, trustworthy and absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with. We are truly grateful for her and all her hard work, because without it we would not have found our dream home in Pinedale. Thank you Dawnitta for being such a great agent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawnita made the whole process of buying our home unbelieveably stress free. She answered all our questions, she was patient with us when we'd ask some of those questions a few times, and she continues to help us while we are getting to know all the beauty this area has to offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawnita helped us buy our new home and I couldn't possibly be happier with her as our agent. She is a genuine, honest person that I really felt like I could trust to help me find the right home to fit our needs and at the right price. I love my home and have no plans to move again in the foreseeable future, but if I did, I would 100 percent use Dawnita as my agent again.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawnita was very easy to work with and focused on our needs to find the right property, not what listings were out there or other criteria. Dawnita is very knowledgeable, very congenial and she worked very hard for us. During the process, she remained patient with my decisions and thoroughly explained my options as a buyer. Dawnita had found us exactly what we wanted, communicated very clearly throughout the entire process, and helped us get over a few unexpected obstacles that came up. What I absolutely loved about Dawnita was that she would always answer my emails or calls in a timely manner and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Dawnita Griffith for all of your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Dawnita twice, once buying and once selling a house, and had great experiences both times. She really cares about her clients; she took a genuine interest in our family both professionally and personally. She really listens to her clients and will adjust to their needs and desires throughout the realty process. Further, she takes ownership in all aspects of her sales and deals with tasks in a way that makes it easier on everyone. Specifically, when we sold our house, we ended up encountering a number of challenging situations. Dawnita truly went above and beyond for us making the difficult situation much more tolerable. She even extended the courtesy of advising us on another real estate transaction, occurring simultaneously with the sale she was managing, that she had no stake in. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the area; you and your property will be well taken care of!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawnita was a huge help in buying my first house. She showed me many homes which was a huge help in getting a better idea of exactly what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about every house she showed me. She had contacts that were great starting points for the home buying process. And even with a complicated closing process, she took it in stride and was once again a huge help.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawnita was a true professional from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to find me a house in my budget, with the space I needed. She was always ready to answer my questions, and still answers them even tho the sale has been completed. She is extremely knowledgeable about this entire area of Wyoming, and seems to know who to call for whatever you need. Coming from out of state, I really appreciated her helping me find the answers and help I needed with my new house.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought and sold our home in Pinedale with Dawnita. She was very personable, professional, and fun to work with, and we are very glad we chose her as our realtor. She worked hard for us on both the purchase and the sale. She is very knowledgeable about houses, the housing market, and the process of purchasing a home. She really gave us a lot of valuable insight throughout the process. When she helped us buy, she arranged many showings and was incredibly patient while we looked for just the right home. We felt confident in our purchase since we knew what was available before deciding on our house. Furthermore, she went above and beyond our expectations to help us overcome some obstacles to moving in upon possession. When it came time to sell our house, we had to move out of state before it had sold. We left the house in her hands, and we were very comfortable and confident that she would take good care of it and continue to be a good advocate for us. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Dawnita to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. She is great to work with!
