Dawn Turner

As a University of Alabama Graduate with a BA in Public Relations and Marketing and a five-year career in marketing for the largest developer of master-planned communities in the United States, Dawn has unique insight into the real estate industry. She holds the designation of CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), making her an valuable asset in buying & selling short sales and foreclosure properties. She formerly served the local community of FishHawk Ranch as the secretary of a Homeowner's Association Board and as a Supervisor for a Community Development District which is a local form of government unique to Florida communities. She specialize in the Valrico, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach and Lithia areas and looks forward to sharing her knowledge of these areas with you.
