Signature Realty Associates

Dawn is an experienced, highly professional, personable and effective realtor. She navigated with us very efficiently and successfully throughout our home selling process during a challenging time in the market. With an emphasis on continuous communication, she was tremendously engaged with us as clients as well as with all other professionals involved to bring our home to closing in record time! Attention to detail is her forte. More than anything, she was absolutely enjoyable to work!! We give her our highest recommendation!

Nicole Kraus was the listing agent for the recent sale of my house. As shown by my five star ratings in every catagory she is exceptional at her job. She was especially helpful in navigating the changing real estate market. Thanks Nicole

Best experience I could have ever had, we will definitely be using in the future. She was animal friendly when we had showing she worked and organized everything to help thing move along smoothly we couldnt have asked for a better realtor.

We have used Dawn as our realtor twice now, with our June 2021 closing as our second event. Dawn is just amazing. Dawn was extremely helpful and reduced the hunt for a new construction to only a few days. She is extremely knowledgeable with the builders and ensured we were taken care of. She was prompt in helping get every questions answered and supported us through every step. We were moving back into town, so she was able to visit the neighborhood and take photos of the exterior to keep us updated on progress. We will only use Dawn in the future and ALWAYS recommend her. Thank you Dawn for taking great care of us and our family.

Nicole did great job and helped me a lot in selling my house quickly, she managed and supervised the process of repairing and remodeling my house at a very affordable rate and made it look like new, Iam so happy to do business with her and will strongly recommend her for any real estate transaction
