If you looking for hard working, creative and great negotiator Realtor, look no further! Dawn is all of that & much more! Ive spoken to her before I decided to hire her, for over an hour. She answered all of my questions and I was convinced that shes the best person to sell my property in Branson. After all the other great reviews that Ive read about her, it wasnt any doubt in my mind that she will be the only one that Ill trust to list my property and get me the best possible outcome from any other realtor that I interviewed.i also found out that she offer to stage my place as part of her options of preparing it for the market, and that was a bonus that I never was offered by any other agent that I previously had, trying to sell my condo. Dawn is honest, detail oriented and very responsive at any time. She had her contractor that was very reasonable priced, gave me all the bids for the repairs that she recommended to do before my condo will go on the market. He came the next day, as she was coordinated with him to meet, and was very professional and timely. Dawn gave me options, as no other realtor suggested to me before. If Ill want to sell aEURoe as isaEUR? which is very common, what the price will be, and if Ill want minimal repairs, what price I should expect to get, and if Ill do full remodeling, which was the third option, what price point I should expect to get from the sell with that specific condition to show. I was very impressed and for her to share all these numbers of the estimated pricing and potential profit, was definitely an eye opening for me. She also managed to help me with the furnitures I have in my unit, that might not be a good fit for the new buyer, to sell it & she has this cleaning company as well that was very reasonable priced, that she managed to get me their bid in such a short period of time, that I was pleasantly surprised. Since I live out of MO state & unable to gather all these contractors to prepare the home for the selling process, she did all these extra aEURoe leg workaEUR? so diligently for me, that I'm still amazed! She went out of her way, to make sure the prices will not be out of the range and doable for me, and her ability to check things out & get the best quality of materials in still reasonably price, was outstanding! Dawn is by far, the absolute BEST agent I ever had in the state of MO! Her going above & beyond for her clients, her knowledge of the market & her professional connections with the most qualified contractors, was very impressive! If I could give Dawn 10 for her incredible performance not just as a realtor, also as a caring human being that I'm so blessed to work with, Ill do it in a heartbeat! I cant thank her enough for all the extra help shes still doing for me to achieve my goal the most affective way possible. Dawn is really a diamond in.a rough in this real estate industry that Ill recommend very highly to any body whos looking to buy or sell their dream home to go with. Dawn did a fabulous job in getting us our retirement home with us living 800 miles away and being on a budget with picky requests! She was very detail orientated in her walk throughs and was giving info and advice like a detective hunting out all the details - good or bad - about the property!
