In today's markets, you MUST get pre-approved first.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The BEST thing to do for your property is to have it CLEAN and in good repair.

First Time Home Buyers, Second Homes, Relocations, Investors, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I helped a dear friend sell his house after his beloved wife passed away. It was very emotional but we are such good friends because of what we went through together.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I built houses with my Dad while I was growing up. My brother owned a title company and my husband is a banker so it seemed natural to want to be a Realtor.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a varied education in the class room and outside of it. Sometimes the best education you can get is "on the job" training.
