ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have asked for a better real estate agent. We purchased a house in White Salmon and Dawn made the experience effortless and seemless. She is professional, thorough, resourceful and helpful! Before we moved she went everyday to water the new sod so we would have a beautiful lawn when we arrived, she went to the furniture store to help us purchase the furniture we wanted and then she and her husband delivered the furniture themselves!I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with her and you can't go wrong with Dawn in your corner!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn worked closely with us in acquiring 207 W Franklin. She kept us well informed and made the process go very smoothly. She brought to our attention weakness of the property and opportunity to renovate it.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn helped us through a very difficult negotiation process of selling our home. She maintained a very professional approach at all stages of the selling process. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was always extremely pleasant to work with throughout our long struggle to find a house. She has a great knowledge of the local real estate market, was able to quickly understand what we wanted in a house, and kept showing us house after house until we found our dream house, which was the third house we tried to buy. Throughout the year long search to find a house and two failed attempts to buy a house, Dawn was remarkably responsive and showed her experience with the entire process, including negotiating before and after the home inspection report came out.I can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dawn was absolutely amazing. Being a first time home buyer, I honestly didn't know what to expect. Not only did she continuously shop for and present us with many land/lot options, but even after figuring out that building wasn't in our budget, she proceeded to keep pressing on, eventually finding us the perfect home in Cascade Locks. She made the entire buying process seem so simple and easy, even after I made some questionable decisions that would make any other realtor walk away from me. She continued to work her hardest negotiating with the seller, even going above and beyond our expectations, negotiating items we never thought the seller would agree to. She worked tirelessly with all the parties involved in the process, constantly ensuring all of our deadlines were met, and somehow magically we were able to close early! Thank you so much, Dawn. We honestly couldn't have achieved all of this without your hard work and dedication. Anyone who doesn't choose Dawn as their agent is doing themselves a huge disservice, as you are passing on one of the best agents here in the Gorge. I couldn't recommend her more.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is fearless, knowledgeable, relentless, reliable and a joy to have on your side. The cabin she sold for us was on a challenging road that most realtors avoided. All of our questions were answered, every concern addressed. She followed through with every showing and was never short on ideas. We are very glad there are still great realtors in the gorge, she's prove of that.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was great. She helped us find an amazing location and kept the communications going with all parties even when there was repeated lack of forward progress. She was friendly and professional but also didn't mind pushing a bit when it was needed. And after the sale she checked in several times to make sure all was going good and offered to take care of other agents signage when it was left behind.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was a pleasure to work with when we we were looking for homes in the gorge. She has great knowledge of the area! We ended closing on a home in The Dalles after it went back on the market from a prior offer. Dealing with the listing agent was not very easy but Dawn went out of her way to make everything else go as smooth as possible. Thank you Dawn!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was professional, detail-oriented, and suggested ways to make our house more appealing. She was able to sell our house over asking price within days of putting it on the market. I would suggest her to anyone looking for a good real estate agent in Oregon or Washington.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Dawn for over a year and found our perfect property. She never made us feel rushed to purchase and she even put our interests above her own. We had already agreed to buy a property which would have rewarded her with a commission but when she came across information that she knew might make us reconsider, she didn't hesitate to share it with us. Dawn is trustworthy, hard working, and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn had the rare and difficult opportunity to represent both the seller and buyer in this condo transaction. As the buyers, we felt that she represented us fairly and consistently. Dawn was very persistent in getting certain important issues corrected at the condo before the sale was final. We are very satisfied with Dawn's professionalism and will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED I have not purchased a property through Dawn yet but I already referred someone else to her because she is extremely active and her follow through is perfection.Dawn is not a dabbler in real estate she is an actual professional who will actually listen to you and bring forward the types of properties you are interested in. I didn't spend my time looking at properties which didn't match the requirements I gave Dawn. Give her a try you will be glad you did.Ron CarrollMosier, OR

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be more pleased with Dawn's handling of the sale of my property. After being listed with another company for 4 years, Dawn was able to get it sold in just months. The buyers will be wonderful neighbors. She kept me informed of questions from the buyers and what my requirements were to facility the transaction. Kuddos to you!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was our Realtor for our first home buying experience. She really took the time to get to know our family and our housing needs. She was so great at helping us through the process. At one point we put an offer in on a home just to find out the next day that a sexual offender lived across the street! We had 3 small girls at the time. Dawn was so helpful and understanding in helping us get out of that situation and finding a much more suitable place. She always had things in order, including checklists, that helped us through the entire process and really made it worry free. We appreciate her professionalism, and highly recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked from a lender's perspective with Dawn for several years. I know she has resided in the OR/WA market for just under 2 years, but she did extensive research in preparing to purchase her own home. She continues to research and goes beyond what would be expected to ensure a buyer/seller are being professionally and fairly represented. Dawn communicates in a timely and effective manner and keeps her clients' best interest in mind. Her overall real estate experience is very solid. She's attuned to detail and doesn't cut corners just to close a deal. She keeps in close communication with lenders and works hard at ensuring the buyer is getting the best service and program for the property being purchased. I confidently and highly recommend Dawn McSweyn.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was very helpful with the purchase of our new home in Billings Montana. We had some issues with the foundation and she researched and made sure the foundation was acceptable. We also requested a few other changes and she made sure they happen to our satisfaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn made house buying almost easy. She dealt with the seller & seller's agent (who were not focused or punctual) expertly. Dawn provided a checklist for tasks and phone numbers for all of the utility companies. Dawn was always available to answer my one million questions. Dawn is an amazing person and I am very lucky to have made a new friend!

ZillowVERIFIED The first time we worked with Dawn we were first time home buyers relocating from out of town. She worked with our crazy schedules with out making us feel like we were putting her out. We found the right house at the right price and she helped guide us in the process. Just a few years later we needed to expand and we called her up again. She listed and sold our house very quickly and luckily found the right property for us once again. She is fun and easy to work with, I would recommend her 100 times over!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was EXCELLENT!! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We were colleagues in Billings Montana where she also helped me as a buyer and as a seller. Dawn has a wonderful personality and truly likes working with people. It is nice to work with someone who cares about what is happening and not just looking to make the next commission. I have known Dawn from the time she started in Real Estate and I do not know of ANYONE who has had a negative experience with her. Don't hesitate to have Dawn represent you in your purchase or sale.
