ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was amazing. She made a stressful experience fun and enjoyable while making sure we were equipped with the knowledge and support we needed to go forward with buying a home. Dawn never gave us the impression of a get rich quick agent. She spent the time and energy making sure I was prepared for all circumstances. The first house we put an offer on and got accepted she was there to make sure everything went smoothly for us, when we had concerns, she promptly addressed them or explained different avenues to approach. She went out of her way and schedule for us to make appointments to work with our hectic schedules. When we dropped our first offer, she went right on ahead and started again. A couple weeks later we got in a bidding war for a second home. Dawn represented us heavily during this bid and pushed and pushed for the sellers to accept our offer. Her Negotiation skills and her personality are the reasons we have our first home today. Dawn doesn't just know the business, she lives it and her Kind heart and fun attitude just made everything smooth. As long as Dawn is in the business my family and I will use her. Whether its selling our home or buying and we think you should too. Trust me you will be passing by the greatest agent you will ever have working for you if you don't.
