ZillowVERIFIED Dawn helped us purchase our first home and it was a great experience! When we first began our search we were still unsure of what we were truly looking for in our eventual home. She listened to what our vision was and what we thought we wanted and then presented us with homes not only in our price range but took the time to thoroughly explain what you get in terms of the style of house available (I.e. a Cape, Bi-Level, Semi, Ranch, Colonial, etc.). Through the entire search process, Dawn continued to listen to what we were looking for and was always receptive to our ideas, responsive and was extremely accommodative to our schedules. She showed us homes during the morning, evenings, and weekends and was always available for a call, which made our lives much less stressful. During our search, she was extremely knowledgeable when showing us houses to point out certain things we werent thinking about in the moment which helped us numerous times when qualifying potential homes. We finally found the home we were looking for thanks to her help and expertise and the process couldnt have been smoother. I am a first time buyer and and Dawn was able to help me close out the deal within 3 months.
