We absolutely loved the home we were moving away from and had a very lengthy list of absolute "Musts". Dawn starred by listening to our wants and needs, then found a couple of homes she thought would match those. Once we actually started looking at the individual houses and hearing our comments, she was able to quickly re-focus on exactly what exactly we were wanting amd within a few hours had found several workable options. Ultimately, in that list was the absolute perfect home for us, and she moved mountains to show it and assist us in getting an offer in before we lost the opportunity. Dawn was able to recommend capable resources to help us through the entire process from Inspectors, lenders, etc and worked diligently to quickly answer any concerns we had. We have dealt with other agents in other states as we narrowed down our home search and none even came close to the energy and enthusiasm Dawn displayed. We had features we wanted in the home and she never forgot a single detail. We got daily updates on available places and she was very responsive to inquiries about further information. Since we lived 800 miles away, she was always willing to preview any property that looked appealing. She was also blunt about negatives on various neighborhoods. We were glad she lives close by and knows the county very well. We loved her very positive attitude that we WOULD find the home that fit our desires. It took some time, but with Dawn's expert assistance, she found a listing that was about to come on the market. It fit 99% of the features we wanted. Dawn has been a wonderful asset in answering all our questions. We weren't quite ready to purchase in 2016, but she continued to send us listings and kept in touch. We made another trip in 2017 and in May of 2018 we finally decided to build in Grantville. She took pictures and videos to keep us informed and we could see the progress from PA. We loved that she did that. The videos were helpful in seeing a few issues that were corrected during the build. We would highly recommend Dawn for anyone looking to buy or build a home.

My partner and I were commuting crazy distances due to new jobs and did not have a lot of time to devote to the process of selling our house. Dawn stepped in and went beyond the call of duty to ensure a quick sale (under contract in less than two weeks!) at a great price. Her expertise was obvious as she guided us through listing our property, negotiating the contract, and preparing for closing. Our buyers had a VA loan and she was very familiar with the requirements of that type of financing and was able to explain it to us in an easy-to-understand manner.
