ZillowVERIFIEDDawn was so warm, kind and knowledgeable. I have never had a realtor prepare such a detailed report on comparable properties and information about bidding. My teenage son liked her so much he wants to name his first daughter Dawn. Need I say more.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Dawn was fun and easy. Shes very personable, responsive to questions and quick to get you into the houses you want to see. We only worked with her to view houses for a short time, but in less than a month we hustled. We found three homes we attempted to purchase and even though the first two didnt work outaEUR|.we kept on searching till we found aEUR~the one. I wouldnt hesitate to use Dawns services again and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to search for their home with someone who is knowledgeable and quick to act on their behalf. A+++ All the way!
ZillowVERIFIEDDawn Catlow went above and beyond during the sale of our home. Her communication and honesty from the beginning is what made us so comfortable after meeting countless realtors we just could not click with. She helped guide us and took the time to really understand our needs. She understands this industry like no other and will go the extra mile to make sure youre getting the best deal. Her marketing strategies and expertise resulted in a successful timely sale of our home and we couldnt be happier. Thank you Dawn!
ZillowVERIFIEDBefore we found Dawn, we had used two other agents who dont deserve to be called agents. Both were lazy and didnt put any effort into generating interest as well as minimal communication with us about anything at all. We had already been struggling paying two mortgages for a year while our house sat by the time we found Dawn. She may as well have come riding in on a white horse. She jumped right in with both feet and worked her tail off jumping through all hoops for us while simultaneously keeping up fully informed and updated on everything the whole time. I just know she was going to be the one who got it sold and boy was I right! Not only is she proactive and communicative, but she even does cute little things to encourage positivity through the closing process. I received three adorable little gift boxes in the mail with sweet notes about relaxing because we are on the home stretch and goodies in them. We are beyond blessed to have found her and I wish we had sooner. If I could award her 1000 stars, thats what she deserves.
ZillowVERIFIEDDawn Catlow went over and above my expectations. Always there to answer all my questions and get me to the right people to finish the loan! If anyone is looking for a great real-estate agent she is the one for you!!
ZillowVERIFIEDDawn did an amazing job of helping me find my new home. She listened carefully and with empathy. As we looked at various homes, she constantly honed her understanding of what would be the perfect property for me.

ZillowVERIFIEDDawn was an excellent realtor. she went above and beyond what i felt was expected. Extremely professional and a hard worker. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Thanks for sticking with us through our purchase Dawn.
ZillowVERIFIEDI just closed on a commercial piece of property in Buckley, Wa. Dawn was my Broker. The process was extremely simple. Dawn diligently followed through with every detail. I would definitely use her in the future. I have used dozens of brokers in the past and I can honestly state she is on top of the list.
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Dawn and her team on a very complicated set of home transactions: I was selling my rental property to a family member who had to sell their existing property, all while also trying to do a long close on my new home. Dawn was super helpful with a very complicated transaction. Everything turned out perfectly. Id highly suggest working with Dawn and her team to anyone looking to purchase and/or sell a property!
