We had the WORST experience with this realtor and would NEVER suggest her to anyone. Did NOT feel as though she had our best interest at heart. We changed realtors and had a wonderful and successful transaction that ended in us buying a great home. The vast differences between the two realtors and transactions greatly highlighted how we were NOT being represented by this realtor.

Dawn was extremely helpful and easy to work with on selling the home.She offer some excellent suggestions on how to prepare the house for sell.Since we were trying to sell the house from a different state she was very accommodating to resolve any problems during the sell process.
