In my opinion, Dawn Blalack is THE best Realtor I have ever had and I have had a few. She asked me the first day what I expected of her and she fulfilled everything I wanted in a Realtor and more. She was great at calling and keeping me updated on everything and worked at getting any issue resolved ASAP! Things like this stress me out and she made this very painless and easy. When an issue did arise, she told me she would take care of it and she did. I cannot express how much I appreciate all the work she put into the sale of my home. Shortly after signing with Dawn to sell my house, she went on Vacation and she still kept me informed of what was going on. It seemed that she as always one step ahead of everything. All documents were always ready to go. Being from a different town, I used docu-sign which I LOVE. I was able to sign important documents at anytime. I don't think this sale could have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend Dawn to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy a home. She is definitely in your corner and you feel it from her.
