From Day 1, Chris and Kristen's personal and professional experience and expertise were clearly shown. They provided a no-hassle consultation to explore options to determine what was best for our needs, wants, and "must-haves" while explaining financing options that fit well with our budget, just to kick off the process. They discussed timeline and set realistic expectations for us, and never made us feel pressured to move forward or act quickly. None of the other agents would return my call or take the time to educate us. Frustrated and discouraged I was going to give it one more try, so I called the Davis Team! Chris was so knowledgeable and showed interest to help us during this, for us new process. We purchased 3 foreclosures with Chriss help and he sold two of our homes. Chris came recommended by a coworker and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! He is very personable and came with a researched selling plan. We had 8 amazing offers in 2 days with generous grace periods to find a new home thanks to Chris. In addition to selling he assisted us in buying. That blew me away that someone was willing to work around my schedule to talk about the process of buying a house. Chris spent many weekends showing us houses and was extremely patient when my must haves changed daily. When we finally decided to buy a new home, the process was super easy. When the job in TX finally came through, Chris was the first one I called! He walked us through each step of the process (we were 1st time sellers), was honest about what we needed to do make the house most attractive to buyers. We had a contract on the house in 4 days from list, for more $$$ than I thought we could get! ZillowVERIFIED Agent Chris Davis made this a very smooth transition for my husband and I. He was very resourceful, always anwered email and calls. We started working with agent in FEB. closed in May when we chose our dream home, and there was only ONE TIME I called agent he didn't answer but he did return call back within the hour. Sometime I would call the agent as early as 8:30 a.m. and he would answer. Just this agent concern and expertise also made this easy, he walked us through the entire step no matter how many demands we made:-)Chris also made me feel comfortable meaning he was not just trying to sell us anything for the money, but he assured us on several occasions to make the choice our home based on our GUIDELINES AND DEMAND.
