They dont respond in a reasonable time. If you are renting a place from them dont expect to get your deposit back. They will say they have 30 days ( him or his wife) and never respond to calls or text messages. They will say they sent the deposit and they wont. They are terrible when it comes to fixing thing ( having people come) fix things at your apartment.
