ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is fun, exciting, thrilling, and crazy stressful! And if you are anything like me, I am a wreck under stress! David was able to make the process much more relaxed and streamline than of our previous home buying experiences. He was knowledgeable, fun to work with, available when we needed him and obviously a well experienced realtor. I recommend David, hands-down!

ZillowVERIFIED Dave is extremely responsive throughout the entire process, no matter how long it takes. His passion for real estate is evident and his experience in this market is invaluable. Dave lead us through a few different offer processes and adapted each time to each unique experience while listening to our opinions and needs each time. He is well versed in the Des Moines metro market and I highly recommend anyone in the area reach out to Dave!

ZillowVERIFIED David was so great to work with! We worked with David for nearly 8 months before finding our dream house. He was patient with us throughout the process and gave valuable feedback/insight to us along the way. David was able to get us in to every house we wanted to see (which was quite a few) and was very accommodating with his time/schedule. David was always available for our questions/concerns and got back to us right away. He even listed our home and got a full price offer on the first day it was listed! We even had a little snafu on closing/moving day. David and his assistant came to the rescue and actually helped move boxes and furniture; shows how dedicated he is to his clients. He has a huge moving truck that we used, which was a life-saver as well. If you need a realtor, use David and his team!!

ZillowVERIFIED i have actually purchased/sold a couple of different homes and used david a number of times. he found some homes with certain criteria that was definately not an easy task. he took time to show property on a number of occasions. i will personally continue to use dave should the opportunity come up again and have sent countless number of friends that he has also found/sold properties for (see the comment from dianabing)

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Dave. He was always ontop of things. He always answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer he looked it up to find it. He showed us lots of houses but never pressured us to buy them. He wanted to make sure we were happy with whatever house we chose.
