If I could give more than five stars, I would. Over the past six months, we looked at more than 30 properties trying to find the right home within our budget. Throughout the entire process, he was always on top of everything, anticipating issues before they came up, preparing documents quickly, and calmly guiding us through every situation when we felt uncertain. What truly stood out was his dedication and thoughtfulness. On Christmas Eve 2025, after we had already gone to see two houses, he casually said, aEURoeAre you sure you guys dont want to take a look at the house you mentioned before? Its right down the street.aEUR? That suggestion led us to the home we ultimately purchased, our dream house. Beyond his professionalism, he was incredibly generous and supportive throughout the journey. The most important thing is simple: he found the right house for our family. Were truly grateful and couldnt have asked for a better agent or friend to guide us through this process.

David is fantastic! He had helped us purchase our condo in Addison back in 2015 and when it came time to sell in December 2020 it was a no-brainer to work with him again. He is super responsive and has a very good idea about the market. We were selling our property remotely (internationally) and David made the whole process seamless. He was there in person to coordinate with any handymen that came to the property to get it ready for showing. His experience and knowledge of the real estate market were invaluable and his guidance on several occasions saved us from making wrong decisions. Being a foreign seller, we needed to hire a local CPA and he was quick to reach out to his contacts and helped us find one who was familiar with the extra steps needed to be completed. We recently purchased a new home in McKinney, Texas and David was our realtor. He walked us through each step, making it easy to understand and stress free. His knowledge of the building process was indispensable! David regularly visited the build site to ensure everything was done correctly and timely. Without his expertise, we would have missed key issues that were easily remedied by the builder. I highly recommend David! His patient and understanding approach are like no other realtor I've worked with in the past. He listens to your wants and is super responsive. He is professional and trustworthy. I'd give him more than 5 stars if possible. What a pleasure it was to work with him!

David helped me with listing my rental property a couple of years ago. The whole process was a breeze and David helped with all aspects of listing my rental property and finding a great tenant. Being a first time rental home owner at the time, I was very apprehensive about the whole process and if the incoming tenants would take care of my home properly and so on. However David eased all my concerns by answering my questions, addressing all my concerns and helping me find a great tenant. Since then, David also helped me find another tenant once the first one left. Same experience the second time around as well. Last year my tenant wanted to extend the lease for one more year and David helped me with that as well. His "how can I help you" attitude coupled with his pleasant and welcoming demeanor makes David much more than a realtor. I call David my friend who is a realtor. Thank you David for all your help.
