ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could give more than five stars, I would. Over the past six months, we looked at more than 30 properties trying to find the right home within our budget. Throughout the entire process, he was always on top of everything, anticipating issues before they came up, preparing documents quickly, and calmly guiding us through every situation when we felt uncertain. What truly stood out was his dedication and thoughtfulness. On Christmas Eve 2025, after we had already gone to see two houses, he casually said, aEURoeAre you sure you guys dont want to take a look at the house you mentioned before? Its right down the street.aEUR? That suggestion led us to the home we ultimately purchased, our dream house. Beyond his professionalism, he was incredibly generous and supportive throughout the journey. The most important thing is simple: he found the right house for our family. Were truly grateful and couldnt have asked for a better agent or friend to guide us through this process.

ZillowVERIFIED The best among every one I worked in the last 18 years in collin county. Extremely trust worthy and not money minded at all. Great human being and very down to earth with wealth of information. Always willing to help and there at stones throw away distance for people from Collin county.

ZillowVERIFIED It was particularly challenging to buy a home in a state other than the one in which we lived, but David was amazing. He went above and beyond multiple times, managing to maintain a sense of humor and ultimately helped us purchase a new home which fulfilled almost all of our criteria.I highly recommend David Tung.

ZillowVERIFIED It's really lucky for us to find David. We bought the home for investment, I think he did his best to help us to find a good property. For the price, he was also willing to give his advice which was proved great and saved us thousands of dollars. After purchasing, he still keep giving lots of valuable advices on how to maintain and how to rent the property based on his experiences. And a lot of details: He searched informations of good handyman for us. We live far from our new property, he would like to help us to show up in the home when start the gas, though we didn't bother him. He lend us the key box for such a long time .....Great and professional guy!

He showed us all the houses we were interested in, offering his advice and keen eye to spot any potential issues in the property, and guided us to our eventual home. ZillowVERIFIED As we were coming from out of town for a single afternoon, Mark bent over backwards to show us all the houses we wanted to see. On our first chaotic day of searching, he coordinated a multitude of calls to get us in the door of numerous properties on last second notices. He is connected, he knows the market and, most importantly, he was just a great guy who did everything he could to help us make the most of our time together. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone in need of a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED David has been our realtor agent for 3 years now and he helped us buy 3 homes. He was very patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the buying procedure and gave us many valuable suggestions while negotiating with sellers. I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this, but David had been a good adviser in terms of suggesting us from where to be patient and what not to settle with. He is very honest and trust worthy. He gives his honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. I think that is very important to us as buyers. I would very highly recommend David as an agent and I couldn't think of anyone better than him for our family and friends in real estate business. He has helped many of our friends and they very much share the same opinion.. We are planning to buy next home in a year or two and we are at a point to let him make all decisions for us as we are very comfortable working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Above and beyond my expectation as others have said!I am a first time seller and needed to sell my house in Plano. David and his team provided undivided attention throughout the entire listing transection ( even coordinated with contractors on the repairs needed) and he has spent countless hours communicating with me hours pass midnight in order to accommodate my schedule since I am living overseas in a different time zone. I am extremely impressed with his attention to details and positive personality which made my real estate transection seamlessly smooth and efficient.I highly recommend David Tung to be the Realtor for anyone currently in the market to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED David was beyond helpful and professional throughout our whole buying process. After looking at one of David's rental homes, he discussed some options with us including purchasing a home. He never pressured us and allowed us to explore and research what options would be best for our family. When we were ready to look into purchasing a home, we knew we trusted David to guide us in this process. As first time homebuyers, he was an excellent resource for us to help with every step. He was always available for questions and to offer friendly advice when asked. He never made us feel we were bothering him and generally seemed to have caring concern for our family and our future home. We could not have asked the buying process to go any smoother (4 toured homes, 2 month process start to finish per our wishes) and a large part of that was due to David's work ethic and knowledge. We highly recommend David's services and hope to work with him again in the future, if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED David Tung was responsive to our every request and concern. He made suggestions, and recommendations that genuinely served our best interest. He provided great detail when making recommendations, along with pro's and con's concerning our own suggestions for quickly selling our property. Not only did he help sell our property quickly, he offered the flexibility that is needed when trying to schedule multiple appointments, sign multiple documents, and negotiate between agents, and all within a specific time frame. We are fortunate to have found David!

ZillowVERIFIED If your are serious about finding the home you want, I highly recommend giving David a call. David quickly figured out the exact type of home I wanted after showing me just a few properties. He is a very hard worker, and frequently sent me properties that were new to the market. David's understanding of the DFW area was very helpful in me deciding on areas that fit my many criteria.Update: I closed and my house, and wanted to share with the Zillow community that David went above and beyond what any of my other real estate agents have done for me on my previous purchases. He not only made sure the closing process was seamless and effortless for me, he spent a weekend out of his own time to help me make the changes and updates to the house I wanted before I moved in. I highly recommend David, if you would like a hard working agent who will do whatever it takes to help you find your dream home. I can confidently say he's the best full service agent I've worked with in the DFW area.Update: 8/24/15I just bought my 2nd property with David, and am now looking for my 3rd. David's team makes the purchasing process easy and efficient. From finding a property to sourcing the loan, he's got the whole process down to a science where his team takes care of you each step of the way.
