ZillowVERIFIEDMark is the top in his field. Extremely knowledgable and very respectful. He does not overwhelm you and welcomes your feedback. When working with him I never felt pressured and he did an excellent job sending my homes and meeting my request. If you are an experienced buyer or a first time home owner he has you covered. I wish I could give him more than just 5 stars.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was amazing! I found Marks information through Zillow. He allowed my home search experience to be my own and gave me great advice and guidance. He was there throughout the whole process and available to answer all my questions and get me all the answers. I appreciate that he was also available to continue my home buying process even when I had to travel out of town. He made me feel very comfortable every time we went to look at a house and was patient and understanding! I really recommend working with Mark.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was a wonderful realtor to have especially as I was a first-time home buyer. He is very quick to reply, always happy to walk through a house, and has great expertise to lean on when considering the multiple facets of buying a house. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to give reliable recommendations, advice, and a smooth closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been working with Mark for the last 3 months and we have been very picky. Mark was very patient and showed atleast 40 houses to us. There were days when he showed us 5 houses in a single day. He is very organized, prompt, well connected and is familiar with the DFW realestate market. He advised us on getting the pre approval letter from the bank and have the underwriting completed. HIs idea helped us put a contract within couple of hours of seeing the house we liked. He helped us evaluate the potential of the house and went above and beyond to explain minor details. Our kids loved him too. I highly recommend Mark and his company for any home buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark has been invaluable in helping us purchase properties in the Grapevine/DFW area. He is incredibly responsive, and his extensive knowledge of the area's market allows him to find outstanding properties that fit our needs extremely quickly. If you are looking to buy in the DFW area, you will not find a better person to work with than Mark. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED As we were coming from out of town for a single afternoon, Mark bent over backwards to show us all the houses we wanted to see. On our first chaotic day of searching, he coordinated a multitude of calls to get us in the door of numerous properties on last second notices. He is connected, he knows the market and, most importantly, he was just a great guy who did everything he could to help us make the most of our time together. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone in need of a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was very helpful in our search for a new home ahead of our relocation from California to Texas. He arranged tours and would take me on virtual walk-throughs using his phone and a video calling app. He even recommended home inspection services that provided military discounts, making the entire process even easier. Would recommend to anyone looking in the mid-cities area.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark contacted me on a house I listed and built rapport and empathy while negotiating a good deal for his client. It is rare to have a deal that leaves both parties happy but in this case that is what Mark did.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Mark. I made a request to look at a house I had seen on Zillow and Mark contacted me very quickly to set up a time later that day. He was on time and very professional. Mark was great about notifying me about other listings in the area that had just gone on the market. This was crutial as houses were selling within a couple of days of being listed. Mark was knowledgable about the houses and the area. It was great working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark represented buyers of ours when we were selling our home (FSBO) and he was absolutely awesome to work with. When his buyers saw the home and had questions, Mark didn't play games at all - he was clear about their concerns and was quick to confirm whether our responses were sufficient or if they had additional questions. Once under contract, that pattern continued and we were looking forward to a smooth transaction. As luck would have it, Mark's buyers' buyer fell through, putting us in a situation where we were going to need to opt out of our own contract as a result. Mark and I worked together to extend his buyers option period, buying them time to find another buyer and also enabling us to ultimately stay in our contract to purchase our next home. The whole process felt like a true partnership, where Mark was understanding of our situation but also very deliberate in his representation of his own buyers. Mark wasn't even representing us on either end of this transaction, and I couldn't wait to write a review for him. Couldn't recommend Mark more highly - he'll take good care of you and will not rest until he's gotten you in the home of your dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark has been an absolute joy to work with. Hes very courteous, dedicated and professional. He made the rocky road to buy and selling a house easy for our family and worked around our busy schedule and answer his phone at any time when we needed most. He always was on top of the things and communicate effectively in every step of the way, very honest and trustworthy. This was very important to us because selling a house and buying at the same time is not easy. He had the patience to work with the 3 parties involved and tried always to make everyone happy without lost the best interest for our family. He has shown excellence in his real estate market knowledge and since he has been living in the area for many years he can provide good recommendations of the best places to raise a family. We are so thankful to had Mark as our realtor and help us found our DREAM HOME!
