He always responded to any questions or concerns even though there was a 3 hour time difference. Knowledgeable. Attentive. Man of God Dave took on a challenge when we asked him to be our family?s realtor! We came to Dave needing a home like yesterday!!! I was six months pregnant with her second child, on bedrest, and my husband worked out of town. Dave guides us in the home buying process as if we were his children. Showings would come on the market late at night or first thing in the morning and he was able to get us in to the the house the same day if not the next! The market was moving fast and so was my labor progressing but God had a plan for my family and Dave never let us loose sight of that. He prayed for us, guided us, and was our biggest fan & advocate! We found our perfect house thanks to Dave and signed on it two days after our daughter was born! Thank you Dave!
