Making the transition from Banking to Real Estate was effortless for David Quinones. David began his career as an Originating Mortgage Branch Manager with local banks like PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and as a Loan Officer providing financing solutions to VIP bank clients of high net worth. It was there where he networked with talented professional REALTORS(R) over the years who inspired him to pursue his real estate license. David's low-key, humble approach has made him an accomplished and trusted real estate advisor whose ultimate objective is seeing others succeed.
David's strength is in bringing value added services to clients looking to buy and sell real estate with a special emphasis on client relations and consulting. "I endeavor to work with sellers by marketing their properties to attain the highest price in the shortest amount of time," says David. "Using unique strategies to target searches, I help buyers find a home that meets their individual needs at the fairest market price while providing powerful negotiation skills and support through closing and beyond." David is also counted amongst a select list of Certified Global Luxury Agents, representing some of the most significant properties worldwide.
David has a long and proud history in Bergen County. With studies in Business from Bergen Community College in Paramus and raising three children there - one son and two daughters - David cultivates and upholds a great sense of community pride. He started the New Jersey Chapter of Newborns in Need and supports numerous charities including No Kid Hungry, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Wounded Warrior Project. Through these charities, he helps thousands in need, but his proudest moment was witnessing his son graduate with honors from Monmouth University and enter Rutgers School of Law.

David was a Director of the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS(R) and a member of Young Professional Network and REOMAC. He was is a recognized New Jersey REALTORS(R) Circle of Excellence Platinum Sales Award Winner for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020
