Our experience with Dave Myer as our realtor was outstanding. We found Dave to be personable and extremely knowledgeable in navigating through a very competitive and tight housing market. After an open house, we had a good feeling about a beautiful, single, one-floor home in a lovely condominium community in NH. We immediately contacted Dave that same afternoon and he met us at the house the next day. We wanted to see the home through Dave's eyes. He spent quite a lot of time walking through the house with us and giving his feedback. That afternoon, we went forward with a competitive offer that was formulated by Dave. Houses in this particular community do not become available often, and we wanted to move quickly. Dave's attention and expertise made our offer stand out and the final outcome was that we got the home of our dreams. We are grateful to Dave for helping us navigate through the negotiation and inspection process and the closing. He was a wonderful resource of excellent recommendations as well for repairs such as Radon Mitigation, plumbing, and so forth, all services that we required. His response time to various texts and questions was timely and thorough. Because of our confidence in Dave and his expertise as a realtor, we have recommended him to our son who is looking to purchase a home within the next 6 months. We would recommend Dave without reservation to any of our friends in the future. He is one of the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

David Myer is the guy you want to use when looking for any Real Estate deal, location, search, period. He is knowledgeable, he listens, he guides you if youre clueless, and did I mention Patient! And......He works FOR YOU! Plus he has a great sense of the market, great sense of humor, low key, and gracious. I would call him on any Real Estate need in a heart beat, oh, and a great sense of humor. Would I say that David is perfect for anyone? I dont know....But, He is very good at what he does. With that being said, I can not think of anyone who wouldnt appreciate his Real Estate Skills and work ethic. Thank you.

Answered Questions

Can a buyer represent themselves in a home purchase?

Buyers and Sellers can most certainly represent themselves in a home purchase. There is no requirement to use a REALTORA(R) for the purchase or sale of your own home. Can the transaction go smoothly? Yes, sometimes. The question is, if you get into a situation that may complicate the transaction or jeopardize your deposit, will you know the appropriate actions to take? Working with a REALTORA(R) who encounters complications in sales regularly can help make sure the sale moves forward in your favor or keep you and your deposit protected if you need to back out.
