    I would highly recommend Dave he's an incredible Realtor. I had many questions with this being my first home purchase and he answered all of them and then some.     If I could give 10 stars I would! Dave was absolutely amazing. He helped us out huge. He walked us through everything we needed to do and made sure we did it. He made the process extremely easy even when it was hard to sell a home there were so many memories in. He always reassured us everything was going to be ok and IT WAS!! Even at the closing there was no surprises with numbers and what we made from our sale. I highly recommend Dave for any home purchase or sale. I would use him again for sure.

    Buyers and Sellers can most certainly represent themselves in a home purchase. There is no requirement to use a REALTORA(R) for the purchase or sale of your own home. Can the transaction go smoothly? Yes, sometimes. The question is, if you get into a situation that may complicate the transaction or jeopardize your deposit, will you know the appropriate actions to take? Working with a REALTORA(R) who encounters complications in sales regularly can help make sure the sale moves forward in your favor or keep you and your deposit protected if you need to back out.
