What impressed us most about David was his absolute honesty and integrity. He never pressured us to make an offer we werent comfortable with and was always forthright about the potential pros and cons of each decision. He pointed out things we might have otherwise missed and was a true advocate for our best interests. His transparency made us feel like we were working with a trusted partner, not just a salesperson. Throughout the entire process, David was incredibly punctual and always available. He promptly scheduled viewings and was always on time, often arriving early to prepare. His communication was superb; he kept us informed at every stage, from the initial search to the final closing. As a program manager during the day, I really enjoyed this. He was quick to respond to our questions, and his clear, timely updates made the process feel stress-free.

David was very professional and responsive to me and my partner's wants and needs for a new home. David is very friendly, patient, intuitive, and wants nothing but to help you find a house that makes you feel like you''re home. He was flexible with meet ups which was perfect for both my partner and I's working schedules. He helped us with the process and expectation with what was going on in the housing market, introduced us to multiple potential lenders (both borrowers and insurance) to choose from, was always on the same page of which houses we should tour before we even suggested them to him, and helped us achieve a home that fulfilled our standards(which in my opinion is rare for a first time home buyer) in less than 2 months. Anybody, who is a client of Davids', is going to amazed at the lengths that he will do to help you achieve what they"re looking for in a home!

David was a huge help for me as a first time buyer. His hands-on approach and constant communication made the whole process seem less daunting. He is very personable and handles everything behind the scenes. He has a terrific working relationship with some local lenders that really made the process of getting approved for a loan a lot easier. He worked at all hours of the day for us, answering questions and going back and forth with other parties to ensure we were not going into anything blind. His expertise helped put us in the best situation we could have asked for, and we ended up closing on our dream home in Spanaway just 6 weeks after meeting him. We felt like we were his only client, but that is just David. He is a true professional and the nicest guy. I could not be more thrilled with the experience of working with him. It was incredibly rapid, but it was all doable because of his calming influence.
