ZillowVERIFIEDDavid sold our home which is good. I am leaving this because I want sellers to know how he works. If you need someone who communicates well then he is not for you. His text messages did not make sense. He planned an open house and put it on Zillow without my permission. Not only did he communicate poorly with me, he also communicated poorly with the buyer's agent. It was good that she had my phone number so we could figure out what was going on. If poor communication isn't an issue for you then he will be a great fit like I said, he did sell our house.
