ZillowVERIFIED David was incredible to work with! As a first time home buyer, I was definitely nervous about the process especially after a couple negative encounters with pushy realtors, but David was present, patient, and he actively listened to any questions and concerns I had. He pays attention to detail and has expert knowledge on neighborhoods, building standards, negotiation procedures, and so much more. If you need it, David is also able to point you to a wide variety of other experts (loan agents, inspectors, contractors) to make sure your purchase goes smoothly. He reaches out even after you have made the purchase to ask if you need anything at all. He is professional, genuine, and kind. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with David was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and as first time home buyers we needed these two elements in a relator (saw over 33 homes). He was professionally agressive during the negotiation process and kept us well informed, which led us to a great deal. We highly recommend David and will use reach out to him if/when we are ever in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED David Hejnowski was a great agent! He understood what my husband and I were looking for in a home, and directed our house search accordingly. He listened to our feedback throughout our home search and applied it every new time we went out to look at houses--until we found the one! We had a lot of wants on our house search wish-list, and I can honestly say that the house we ended up buying matched the wish list 98%. That's amazing for first time home buyers! He was very patient with us and provided us with great information, especially since this was a new experience for us. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends because he made the home-buying process easy! Thanks, David!
