ReviewJack helped my boyfriend and me to find an apartment to rent and oh. my. gosh. that is not an easy task. We had tried an apartment finding service before connecting with Jack, and it was okay, but not something I'd do moving forward, as they didn't review our requirements before meeting with us and I spent most of the time repeating myself and feeling like a nuisance. When we met up with Jack, he was ready to go with a bunch of listings that met our criteria AND our price range. Sadly, we didn't find anything the first time we went out, and I felt really bad (I know, we are way picky and it sucked to be him), but he never stopped smiling and never made us feel guilty for having so many high standards for our future home. He stayed in constant contact with us by phone and email to offer suggestions and ask questions--it felt like he was a new family member! He was ready to go with more suggestions for our second trip out, and that proved to be the lucky one.Finally we found an adorable apartment that was just the right size for us, and included everything we had asked for, including a great landlord and a little outdoor area to chill in (it even has a fire pit!). And that fire pit was the cherry on the sundae--we were so thrilled about it that when Jack visited us after move-in day to make sure everything went okay, we couldn't stop babbling about it. Jack dropped everything he was doing, disappeared for a bit, and then came back with free firewood for us so that we could start enjoying it right away! I have NEVER heard of a realtor doing something like that--this is one guy we plan to use again soon. (But don't worry, Jack--not TOO soon!) :D
