I would highly recommend working with Dave! He is professional and personable. He was always prepared with a schedule of houses for us to see and had all the information he needed to answer questions and if he didnt he would follow up with the seller to get the answers. He even went out of his way to get us info from the town/city office on questions like septic systems. Dave was very patient as we saw so many homes and we never felt he was frustrated with us! We were not easy to please! He was also nice to your young daughter who he would treat to ice cream and coloring books. We love Dave and would definitely recommend him to work with!
