ZillowVERIFIED Justine was the best realtor we could have asked for. She did research on all the homes we wanted to take tours of and gave us amazing feedback. Due to complications we had to back out of our purchasing contract and she was very supportive. She continued to help us look for our new home and since we lived in Missouri and were unable to attend any more tours, she went to each property and gave us a detailed video tour with great feedback. Based off her analysis and recommendations we were able to find a house that we loved. Its not easy relocating across the country but Justine made it so much easier for us. A professional through and through, Justine handled all of our house buying needs, including making introductions to mortgage suppliers, insurance companies, inspectors, and more to make for the most seamless home buying process possible. As two people who were slightly undecided on what it was we wanted exactly starting this process, Justine helped take the lead to show us homes in areas that suited our every need; we wasted no time during this process with Justine looking at homes that wouldnt make sense for us. In short, we trusted her entirely and she guided us to a property that we fall in love with more every day. Our favorite part of Justine is her straight-forward approach to home buying and protection of her clients to ensure they get the best deal possible. This was true from start to finish ? from the decision to start this journey to the second we signed papers. This included rolling closing costs into the offer and during the final walkthrough when we noticed something out of order with the home, we were compensated and in the end saved thousands of dollars.
