Unfortunately, because of the current climate with condos and the demands of the HOA, it took a little longer than anticipated, but it never diminished David's professionalism or his skills in constantly and consistently keeping my mother's condo in front of everyone. He would call to speak with me about potential buyers and give me his thoughts and recommendations and by following his plan, we recently successfully sold the condo. Thank you David for never giving up and putting up with my endless questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall, I would rate my experience as average to below average. On the positive side, the online marketing of my home was well done. The professional photography and online presentation showcased the property effectively and likely contributed to its successful sale. Unfortunately, the customer service and professionalism throughout the transaction did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, including apparent miscommunication with the title company regarding important details and duplicate requests for information that had already been provided. There also appeared to be confusion regarding the closing schedule. Paperwork was not always completed in a timely manner, resulting in documents needing to be reviewed and signed quickly because they had been overlooked. This created unnecessary stress during the transaction. I was also disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the commission arrangement. Although the total commission I paid did not change, I later learned that the commission split between the agents had been altered after a contract was in place without my knowledge. While this may have been an internal matter between agents, I believe greater transparency would have demonstrated a higher level of professionalism. I also had to insist on conducting a walkthrough of the property before closing, something I expected would have been recommended as part of the process. In addition, when I respectfully raised a concern by email regarding how I was being addressed, I never received a response despite previous emails receiving replies. Finally, after the sale closed, there was no follow-up communication to confirm the transaction was complete or to thank me for my business. While the home sold successfully, I expected better communication, organization, transparency, and overall customer service. Based on my experience, I would choose a different realtor in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm now a veteran but when we started our process (me and my wife) I was still active duty. I was in NC and was looking to purchase a house back in Miami because I knew we were moving back. I got an approval from a lender and was recommended to David from a friend we informed of our circumstances and he started to show us a few houses in the south Florida area once we narrowed down a few houses we wanted to check out I then planned a few weeks ahead of time with David to check out the houses. When I arrived at Miami and tried to meet him to look at the houses in person with him. He cancelled hours before and I had to go look at the houses literally by myself. This was a common theme of his. To schedule meet up and then cancel and have us look over things ourselves. He then convinced on a house that had tenets still occupying the house he informed us when they will leave. And then was constantly changing the dates of when the tenets will vacate the house in order for the seller to clean and repaint the house. After all this back and forth time was against me because I needed to move back to Miami and I was about to start a new job. So we closed on a house which David said he walked through, there was tons of trash in both the garbage can and recycling bin and garage which made the garage smell so bad I had to rent a pick up truck just to get all that trash out and was welcomed to a house that was supposedly repainted all white inside but the paint job looked like David painted it himself with an arts and craft paint brush. All in all I would not recommend, hes a sales man through and through all he cares about is the sale, hes unprofessional and do not respect your time. There has not been one meet up if he didnt cancel where he was on time

I hired David to be my agent when I found a property that I wanted to buy and needed to get a pre-approval or pre-qualification in order to see the property. David connected me right away with a great mortgage broken and within hours I was preapproved and inside the property. David worked with the sellers agent and effectively negotiated my initial offer for the property.
