Review David just sold a condo unit for me in a high-end high-rise in downtown San Jose. The sale was a pleasant surprise for me because I had tried to sell the same unit a year back and had to remove the listing because of no offer. When David's staff initially reached out to me via a cold call, I was quite skeptical given my experience from the previous year and more importantly I had a tenant in place. However David offered me an option with very little downside. He offered to list and sell the unit with the tenant in place, this made my decision to go with David easy. After signing up with David as my agent, he and his team took care of everything and I was pretty much hands-off traveling. I had a good cooperating tenant who also made the process easy. David and his team managed the whole process very smoothly, while keeping me informed all along. A few things clearly stood out thru the entire 2-3 months of the selling process. 1. David was on top of the entire process and engaged at all critical points 2. David managed the sales negotiations with the buyers agent with skill and firmness 3. David is highly motivated, result-driven and articulate 4. His entire team kept the ball moving on the follow-ups Overall I'm very pleased with the service that David provided and happy to recommend him to my friends and will myself use his services in the future when need arises.

Review I hired David Azimi and his team earlier this year to help me sell my house in Richmond. Id had it on the market for about 7 months of the prior year with another agent, who was unable to sell it. Consequently, I was not optimistic. But I was immediately taken with Davids enthusiasm and assurance that aEUR~well get this baby sold and I wont stop until we do. Sales hype, I thought, but I went with him because that kind of energy is exactly what I needed. Then he sprang into action and I saw the difference between an agent who is fully committed to selling your property vs. one who isnt. My prior realtors had one or two open houses spread over a couple of weekends and then a call for offers. When that didnt produce offers, they did pretty much nothing except leave the listing up along with a sign in front of my house. Not David. First of all, he had two open houses every weekend and after a few calls for offers didnt produce anything, he ramped up the effort and continued to have 2 open houses per weekend and promised to continue that until the place sold. He kept me apprised all along the way of developments and never flagged in his enthusiasm. He also helped me stage some parts of the house without having to stage the whole thing and never charged me for it. And he had his cleaning team go through the house at no charge to clean both the inside and outside for the showing. And then, for the first showing, he had a small band to create a festive atmosphere. All at no charge. When the house didnt sell initially (it was a 2/2 not a 3/2, which seriously impacted its sellability), we dropped the price significantly to generate more traffic. After something like 6 weekends of two open houses we got one offer. Just one. And from that, he was able to wrangle over $100k above asking. I have no idea how the hell he did that. But he did that. Bottom line: if you want a realtor with the tenacity of an attack dog and the sophistication of someone whos been at this for a long time, hire David Azimi and his sons and team. No one will take better care of you and help you sell your house.

Review I just finished the sale of my house, and the purchase of my dream house with David Azimi. I can't say enough positive things about him and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. He was referred to me by a friend whose extended family had two exceptional experiences with David before. David is a very experienced agent and this showed throughout every step of the process. He came to the first meeting totally prepared with comps, and a strategy on selling and pricing my current home. I felt confident in his advice on how to best get my house ready to sell and he brought in resources to help paint, clean, etc at no cost to me. He had strong follow through on all leads from the open house and he helped guide me through several competitive offer bids and our counter strategies. Ultimately the proof is that he got me more than I had originally hoped for! Where David shined even more, was on the purchase of my new house. On literally the same day that I accepted an offer on my home and got it into Pending state, I found the house of my dreams in the automated MLS search he had set me up with. It had just been listed, and David didn't hesitate to go after it for me. He arranged for me to tour it that day before the planned open houses that weekend, and guided me on exactly what we needed to offer in order to get the house. He was on top of it every step of the way, and his personal persistence and negotiation skills 100% made the difference. I firmly believe that with another agent, I would not have been the one to have gotten that house. By the end of the day, not only had I accepted an offer to sell my house, I had my offer to buy my new home accepted! David moves fast and knows what he is doing. He's clear, communicative, and has a strong team behind him. Review Late in 2020 My wife and I were planning the sale of our home and searching for the right neighborhood to move our family while juggling a toddler at home and two executive jobs. This was right in the middle of COVID and stressful is an understatement. We were introduced to David and his team through a family member and he has been an amazing agent and has become a friend in the process. David jumped in, helped us prepare our home for sale, negotiated a killer deal far above our listing and asking price, and introduced us to a lender that prequalified us so we could quickly see houses and explore neighborhoods with confidence. David has gone with us everywhere as we toured 35 houses from Pleasanton to Sacramento, to Orinda in our search for the perfect house, working hard on our behalf with sellers who's homes we were interested in. We just found our Goldilox house and David negotiated a deal that put us in a very favorable position with the seller so that we would not have to bid against other buyers. Buying a house is never an easy process, things happen you can't anticipate especially with how red hot the sellers market is right now, but my wife and I are through the moon with what David and his team have done for us. Review Honestly, I would give David 6 stars if the program would allow me to. David came highly recommended and he did not disappoint!! My brother and I contacted him regarding the sale of my late father's rental property. He was professional, knowledgable and REALLY knew the market.
