David and his team were very professional, were quick to get to working, did an excellent job with communication, and sold my home fast! This was my first time selling a home and did not know what to expect but he guided us every step of the way. David did an excellent job with his team from getting services of cleaning the house, staging the home, getting a photographer, and having multiple open house events. Top quality professional service, would HIGHLY recommend! He also showed that he cared and did his best to negotiate the best deal for us. Sold our home in Central Valley and he lives in the Bay Area.
