When you hire David, you are literally getting a team (David, Cori & Ethan)aEUR| and they are fabulous. I have never had a realtor who worked as hard as David and team to sell our house. Not only did they hold multiple open houses, actively market our house, create excellent marketing materials, and show our house, but they also did everything in their power to generate and follow-up on leads. Their communication was excellent, and we were kept informed with weekly emails and calls. We always knew the status and were given actual statistics on their progress. Not to mention, they seem to work constantly. I was shocked when night and weekend texts were answered within minutes. I assumed they would get back to me the next business day but that is not how they operate. They go above and beyond on all fronts and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
