David impressed me from the very beginning. When he came to see our house we had it for sale by owner. He didnt try to sell us on his skills as an agent or his agency. He also didnt try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we werent able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again. During this time we were contacted by multiple agents and their message was all the same - how great of an agent they are and how they will sell our house quickly.
