Dave Poncia

As an accomplished editor working in the entertainment industry, Dave combined his communication and technological skills with a creative eye to create compelling stories. At the same time, having a background in construction, Dave began investing and managing properties in his spare time. Deciding to make real estate a full time career, he brings with him all those same skills and talents to an equally broad and creative industry. A South Bay native, his knowledge of the local areas combined with Sotheby's International Realty's vast support system, Dave is dedicated not only to helping clients buy and sell their homes but building lasting business relationships.

The father of two boys, Dave cherishes his time with his family, much of which is spent on a baseball field coaching. A lifelong guitar player, big Dodger and Steeler fan, car guy and avid skier, the South Bay is the place to be...except for Steeler games!
